When we began history on May 2012, it was the beginning of a dream becoming reality, to open the doors of our kitchen and share our passion for the sea.

for this project the idea was to find all the correct ingredients and prepare the most delicious of marine dishes, we were also conscious in applying personal flavor that identifies our staff at Del Mar al Lago.

 

At Del Mar al Lago Cebichera Peruana we specialize in fish, seafood, poultry and meats in their many different varieties, craft and presentation, with a fine selection of ingredients which make for their stage and sends out a pleasant re-invitation to return.

 

In the past few years the peruvian kitchen has extended far beyond our frontier, and has become deserving of notable recognition worldwide, exploring book after book in my personal library I find the splendid peruvian kitchen is a result of a process that ignites as far as pre-Columbian days and continues to prolong to our days, an expression of its vast cultural heritage, united to art poetry and prosperity.

 

Del Mar al Lago is a part of this history through our dishes and service, of course provided by a highly trained, qualified and determines staff.
